C'est le début d'une longue bataille juridique au cours de laquelle les pharmaciens membres de Familiprix cherchent à obtenir une autonomie complète par rapport à la bannière. Le 8 décembre 1986, leur volonté et leur solidarité ont porté fruit : Familiprix devient une entreprise indépendante détenue à 100 % par ses pharmaciens membres. Un plan de développement à grande échelle a commencé à attirer des dizaines de nouveaux pharmaciens membres.

Dominique Bouré is a senior retail operations and commercialization executive with over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy and consumer goods industries. She currently serves as Senior Director, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Store Design at Familiprix Inc., one of Québec’s leading pharmacy networks. In this role, she acts as a strategic link between head office and in‑store operations, driving retail execution excellence, sales growth, margin optimization, and an enhanced customer experience across the network.
Throughout her tenure at Familiprix, Ms. Bouré has led large multidisciplinary teams and major initiatives related to store operations, merchandising strategies, and pharmacy design, including construction and renovation projects. Recognized as a passionate, dynamic, and results‑driven leader, she is known for her ability to mobilize teams, optimize processes, and deliver sustainable business performance.
Ms. Bouré brings a strong marketing and brand management background, having previously held senior roles at L’Oréal, where she was responsible for cosmetics merchandising, market strategies, and key account management. Her expertise spans strategic planning, retail execution, change management, and leadership development.
She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Université Laval. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Ms. Bouré serves on boards and contributes to governance through her commitment to organizational performance and long‑term value creation.
