Neil Rossy est membre du conseil d\u2019administration de Dollarama inc. depuis 2004 et en est le pr\u00e9sident et le chef de la direction depuis le 1er mai 2016. Avant d\u2019\u00eatre nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 ce poste par le conseil d\u2019administration, il \u00e9tait chef de la commercialisation de Dollarama depuis 2010. Au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1992, il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les aspects des activit\u00e9s de Dollarama, de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement aux op\u00e9rations quotidiennes. Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, Neil Rossy a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important dans les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entreposage et \u00e0 la distribution, \u00e0 l\u2019approvisionnement direct, \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 de marque, au d\u00e9veloppement de produits et aux innovations en mati\u00e8re de marchandisage qui d\u00e9finissent Dollarama et sous-tendent son succ\u00e8s.
